I never thought I’d be at a place where I didn’t actively hate or be trying to change my body. But here I am. I saw Amy for nine months and she helped me through severe anxiety and panic attacks, an ongoing traumatic event, and overcoming disordered eating/body image. She also made a dietician recommendation that was a perfect fit for me. Amy was empathetic, completely nonjudgmental, and just a fun person to walk through life with. I’m really glad I saw her and my life now is proof of how she helped me help myself. Thanks, Amy!
