This may sound corny, but I truly believe that Amy is an effective counselor for those who are ready for change. I loved her DBT videos and worksheets. With her guidance, I have learned to be less reactive and more effective in handling my emotions. I've also accepted that I can't control or fix others, which has made more compassionate/supportive, rather than controlling/judgmental. Key lessons from Amy: radical acceptance, learning to use my wise mind, and how to implement change in my own life. Highly recommended if you are ready.
