I saw Amy to get a functional capacity evaluation. New York Life, my long-term disability carrier, closed my claim stating that I am 100% employable and can be an admitting clerk or do data entry. I have lost the fine motor skills in my hands and suffer from severe polyneuropathy in both my hands and feet. My coordination has been really affected and I just have a hard time walking and can no longer write nor type. She really spent the time and did not try to rush me through each exercise. She understood when I couldn't complete one of the exercises and did not push me to try something that I did not feel comfortable in doing. She is very personable and extremely empathetic! I heard only good things from her from my occupational therapist in Gun Barrel City and I can see why they love her!
