I met Ana a year ago after losing my son in a tragic accident. She helped me in my darkest moments. She has always been a very busy therapist, but always found time to reach out to me and check in. She remembered the anniversary of my son's birthday and his death anniversary. One day she came in with a frame with a picture of my son and a grief book. For some, it may not seem like a big deal, but for me, it was very thoughtful and kind. She didn't have to do that. Grieving has been the most difficult thing I have experienced in life. I can honestly say that Ana truly helped me through this and I look forward to seeing her every time!
