Andrea has a gift for listening, to really understand my unique situation, and reflect back parts of me I was unable see myself, because I was so blended with them! (When you live with pain, it’s easy to get so used to it, so you don’t even see it’s there.) Thanks to Andrea, I’m now unburdening my past, and rediscovering my true self in the process. Her approach is warm, empathetic, and loving. She uses IFS, which is highly effective for trauma work. I definitely would recommend!
