She doesn’t do what she says she’ll do. She says she’ll call in referrals, physical therapy, medication, you name it and it doesn’t get done. And if you are dumb enough to call the office and leave a message, that message doesn’t get delivered at all. all I want is to find a doctor that cares about my health and whose staff doesn’t act like they could care less about you or your condition. I don’t know if the staff is ruining her practice or if she’s doing it. My first visit, I told, who I thought was the nurse, but turned out to be her daughter, who is not a nurse, as she was taking my vitals and going over my medical information with me I told her that I thought the girl at the front desk was rude to me and she told me that if the girl was rude, it’s probably because all of these patients that keep calling the office demanding to have their medication refilled, “like we have to fill it for them“ is what she said to me. I should’ve left right then, but I met Andrea and really liked her and thought I could trust her. What a fool I was. Desperately seeking a doctor.
