She is very attentive and explains in detail different outlets or solutions. She is also versed in other medical conditions that may be tied to your mental state. I chose to remain her patient because her treatments seems to be the right fit for me. She is direct and blunt plus asks you questions to get a deeper viewpoint. The directness in her personality is not shameful or demanding but is understanding. I appreciate how one therapist can put themselves in your shoes and also gives you different viewpoints on what outcome can achieve progress or success. She also has reached out to me (typically have a visit once a month) when I was in a manic state and focused on awareness. Her approach works for me and she is super friendly and accommodating with appointments/visits.
