Andrew, being tall and perfectly fit was such an incredible physical therapist. He is wonderfully strong so his ability to apply just the right amount of pressure to a given area was so relieving. I gently guided him to each area of pain on my back, neck, arms and glut areas. The technique that proved to be perfect for my many very deep and painful areas of injury was to apply accupressure. Unlike a deep tissue massage which mostly glides over areas of injury, accupressure technique stops right over the damaged area and presses straight down on the soreness which causes the tightness to loosen up, brings energy flow back and returns blood and oxygen flow causing the pain to eventually dissolve. It really gets to the root cause and was so relieving and healing. Andrew covered all areas of injury during ea appointment always leaving me feeling so amazing.
