Andrew Ignacio is an excellent Physical Therapist. I have seen him for 2 separate issues: a TFL/ IT Band injury from running and rehabilitation for arthroscopic hip surgery. He is very thorough, conscientious, and knowledgeable. He did not rush the healing process and consistently checked-in. I was given a variety of exercises, which were easy to understand, and he always made sure I had proper form. As an athlete, it was great to work with someone that also has a passion for physical fitness. He taught me to never push through pain--something many of us tend to ignore. With physical therapy treatment, you must put in the work outside of your appointments in order to properly heal. Do not expect to feel well if you lead a sedentary lifestyle.
