Miracle worker! Dr. Kiper diagnosed my herniated thoracic disc and was able to put me on a regimen of exercises. Within 2 months I was so much better; no pain and the derangement has returned to its original place. (It would have been faster but I returned to work within a few days and this presented a few challenges!) I’m so happy with Dr. Kiper and his staff’
