I've been to therapy several times before. For a while, I stopped going to therapy since it was the same thing with each therapist. I felt like I was talking but getting nowhere. But then I discovered Andrew!! Andrew is amazing! He is professional, an excellent listener, has a sense of humor, is collaborative, assists me in identifying objectives and how to sustain them, I have had so many aha moments with him, and he has also assisted me with grief counseling. Most importantly, I feel safe sharing my darkest secrets with him without fear of being judged. My self-esteem has improved, I've been able to attain some of my goals, and I've been more optimistic and less stressed overall. Needless to say, I enjoy my sessions with him and have improved as a result of our sessions.
