At first I was unsure about the telephone-only visits. In our second visit I found the focus on just sharing my worries, and not needing to make eye contact or be swayed by any visual cues to be a relief I didn’t know that I needed. Working with Angelina has been life-changing. I have uncovered memories that were conveniently buried but wrecking my life. She has given me space to “connect the dots” out loud and the tools to navigate hard situations. I’m tremendously grateful for her. Angelina is the first therapist I’ve ever made progress with before. I’m eternally grateful for her.
