Dr. Udofia is one of the best physical therapists I've seen! I saw her postpartum for pain and incontinence issues and she fixed everything. I am hypermobile and it's sometimes hard to find a therapist who understands how that impacts my care, but she got it immediately. I also really appreciate that she took a holistic approach with my body- figuring out, for example, how tightness in my upper back affects my pelvic floor as well. She is also incredibly kind and thoughtful. I highly recommend her and have already passed her name on to many of my friends!
