The team here was phenomenal. I had been to four other stores, all of which had poor customer service and a poor selection of frames to choose from. I was immediately greeted with kindness here, spoken to with transparency, and found two pairs of glasses that were perfect for my style and face shape. Alex deserves a special shout out as the person who assisted me. She was instrumental in helping me identify the right pairs and even texted me as soon as they were done! I will definitely return here and I would highly recommend Vision Veritas.
