I'm a 30 year old female active duty military service member. I had severe anxiety and stress when I was getting ready to leave home on a military deployment. I was unable to do my job well, and time was of the essence to get my headspace on track.Ann Anderson's treatment and tools empowered me to be a resilient leader and perform at a high level on deployment. She saw me in-person and on telehealth calls. Telehealth was effective for me because Ann led me through physical exercises over the phone (practicing breathing techniques, guided meditations) and did so in a way that made me feel comfortable because she is a seasoned professional. She practiced the techniques with me so I could do them on my own. She provided me concise, actionable tools and techniques that I brought with me on deployment and continue to use today. I recommend Ann to people of all ages and walks of life. I hope this story of my experience conveys the impact she had on me at a crucial time in my life.
