I found Ann when I was looking for a therapist who practiced EMDR therapy. On and off over the last 30 years I have had talk therapy, but I am still dealing with the same issues stemming from childhood trauma and an abusive marriage. I met with Ann for 2 months before we had to stop do to Covid-19. We have continued with sessions over the phone. Ann has been an amazing support. She is kind and insightful, has validated my feelings and helped me to see that I am normal. She asks difficult questions and causes me to reflect. For the first time I feel optimistic that I may heal from my past experiences.
