I lucked upon Dr. Polonchak when buying eyeglasses. She asked about underlying health conditions and discussed my issue with double vision, and ended up identifying and correcting an issue I had talked to three doctors about and been dismissed! The prescription she provided (including an added prism in one lens) supports my vision and after a short time, I was not seeing double anymore!
