My visits with Ann have helped me correct long-standing patterns in a very short timespan. She is more of a tough love therapist which I personally appreciate and respond well to, but may not be for everyone. Since another reviewer pointed this out, I don’t mind a therapist who interrupts if they are interjecting with the help/expertise they are trained for and paid to do in order to get to the answers quicker with the time we have. But that’s me, I am not looking for talk therapy and someone to nod and comfort me, I’m looking for solutions. She’s a true no B.S. New Yorker so her approach and humor may not be for everyone but I like it and have benefitted from it. Every session with Ann has helped me improve an aspect of my life.
