Anna and I have been working together for over 5 years. When I began therapy, I was terrified and had no idea what to expect. I had so much anxiety about it, I used to write lists of things to address in my sessions. Because in my mind, my mental health was a to-do list that I can just say aloud and recover from. I was so worried that I would disappoint her as a client, not being intuitive or insightful enough - or worse yet, not being interesting enough! I was scared also that she would say that I'm hopeless and am making all of these crazy thoughts up and I need to just get over it. Well, turns out, that's now how therapy works. Especially not with Anna Campion. She is exactly what I need. And she is very professional. I come to her with all kinds of thoughts and lay myself bare, being more vulnerable than I've ever been with anyone at any time.
