Anna has been an invaluable asset in my life. She is incredibly kind, patient, nonjudgmental, and warm. She has a special way of meeting you where you are (again, without judgment) and helping you to be kind to yourself in a guided way toward healing. She helps you help yourself while not being afraid to lovingly set you back on track when you may not be thinking clearly. I am so incredibly grateful that I found her. She is truly a rare gem.
