Anna is a true professional. My experience was the best I’ve had in the thirty years that I have been dealing with hearing impairment. She is able to put you at ease immediately And that makes the entire experience so much better. She is very knowledgeable about the products and explained everything completely. Looking forward to a long relationship with Mass Eye and Ear.
