I feel so lucky to have found Annela's 'Drums' class offered at Scripps Hospital through their cardiovascular rehabilitation program. It is the most enjoyable, gentle yet invigorating exercise class I have ever had. Anna brings different playlists each week-- this week featured Halloween-themed music-- and she guides us through a fun yet very balanced workout, all to the beats of her music. I can't recommend it enough!
