Seeing Annette and Tholáge Therapy has been very helpful for me. I did the Tholage Therapy in regards to several past traumas and I have found it to be helpful in relation to those traumatic experiences and also it seems to have helped with my relationships and just navigating everyday living as well. I find that I am more able to handle things that used to upset me and I also find that my thoughts and emotions do not seem to get attached to things that I used to find upsetting. I find that daily life is more relaxed and enjoyable to me. I still have full recall of traumatic events and I still get upset at things large and or small in relationships and daily living as that is life, but I don't seem to dwell on them or find them as upsetting as before. In some ways it is really indescribable but I would thoroughly recommend Annette and the Tholáge work. Annette is very skilled, kind, perceptive, and experienced therapist and I have always felt heard and safe working with her.
