A good therapist in my opinion listens and then tries to get you to see it from another direction some just listen and tell you what you want to hear. Dr Pagnotti helped me not only understand my issues but helped me see why and how they were happening and in turn I started to recognize what was happening before it did. Also very personal never asks remind me again or you did say that, he keeps good notes of his sessions so he can be personable and not robotic. Thumbs UP!
