Anthony is helping reshape my life. Not only is he an extraordinary physical therapist, helping me learn to challenge myself and to keep pushing the limits through my rigorous exercise, but he also has had a huge impact on how my body feels after years of a sedentary lifestyle. His guidance and advice regarding modifications to my diet led to me having phenomenally good cholesterol numbers after being told just one year ago that I was on the borderline for being prescribed statins. Anthony is a wonderful instructor, highly attentive, a superb communicator, and has keen insights. He is always cheerful and inspires me to keep up my dedication to a new way of life.
