I enjoyed working with Anthony. He seeks to build rapport with his clients & develop a trusting relationship. Anthony's attention to detail stood out to me. Form the first day he clearly explained the process & answered ever question I had. He didn't just put me through workouts but made sure I understood each exercise & took me through each step to ensure I had proper form. He actively took notes measuring my progress & challenged me each step of the way. I would highly recommend Anthony.
