Tony figured out the right treatment for my hip and back pain after many years and five failed attempts with different physical therapists. He's been very patient and careful to make sure the exercises made me stronger and didn't aggravate my injuries. I'm in way less pain, and able to move in ways that I haven't been able to in years, and even started running again!
