I have been seeing Dr. Gupta for under a year and have nothing but positive things to say about my visits with her. She is insightful, knowledgeable, non-judgemental, and extremely honest. She does not sugarcoat feedback which is something that I admire; it also means that sometimes I hear something I don't want to hear, but it's a rational perspective that usually calls for consideration on my end. She does a great job of outlining and organizing the thoughts that get jumbled when the stressors of life become overwhelming. Since my visits with her, I am better able to cope with the stressors of life and have a better perception of my abilities. The changes are subtle and gradual but I have noticed them. She also accepts insurance. Extremely grateful.
