I've been seeing Ashley Aaron weekly for almost 2 years and she's been very helpful to me. She listens without judgment and gives honest feedback and gentle guidance. She has a way of making me feel comfortable and has helped me to process old traumas that were keeping me in the past. She has helped me replace unhealthy coping mechanisms with good coping skills for everyday life. I feel fortunate to have found her and it is hard to overestimate how much her therapy has changed my life for the better. I highly recommend Ashley Aaron.
