I have been working with Ashley for a few months but have made tremendous personal growth in that short time. She is very knowledgeable with DBT ( Dialectical Behavior Therapy ) which is my main focus in life. I found Ashley on psychologytoday.com which is a great resource. Note: A productive thing to do is to set a short-term goal with her for the following session. It brings accountability and will help you grow in a positive way. Failure to do so is simply one of the options .. it's natural .. and there will be no judgement. Ashley Really listens and works with you.
