I had much communication with Tiffany, and I think she is their office manager. I have been trying to get care from Ashley Golden since 2020. I was told that I could print out the papers of the records release forms ( because of my situation, I was only to use the printer and laptop once, and Tiffany agreed to get the records and kindly offered to fill out the other documents, since I need help because I have a Claw hand for a dominant hand.) So, I text pictures of my ID, my Insurance cards, and the signed records of release form that Tiffany said to send, and she would help me. After texting back and forth Since early November 22and January of 2023, today I was told that since they reviewed records ( ones I asked to be disregarded,) to try a different office that deals with that facility from the place that is under the same Health Care System; ( and LaVale, MD is where this other Practice is ) So apparently, they felt they couldn't help me. I am very complicated. Give them a chance!
