10 years ago, I started having visits with Ashley. It took a while to convince myself to go in because I was nervous, embarrassed, worn out and frustrated with life events. I knew I needed to get support and be able to talk through my issues in a safe way, without being judged. I was given names of therapists with my first phone call to the clinic. It was divine intervention that out of all the names, I picked Ashley. She has been supportive and understanding with all my situations. The trust I have built with her is unbreakable. She has always made me feel comfortable when I needed to work through stuff that was not always easy to talk about. She gives me the tools and information I need to be successful in keeping my mental health, healthy. I am so thankful to have Ashley as part of my healthcare.
