I saw Austin off and on (mostly on) for 3 years. She is a wonderful chiropractor and person! She did a great job with adjustments and I especially appreciated her massage and adjustments of my neck and head for migraines, taping my weak ankle, and jaw exercises for my TMJ. While not HAES certified, she did essentially follow HAES principles and I always felt safe as a fat yogi and person with her. It is so nice having a practitioner give you real solutions (adjustments, exercises, taping methods, etc.) instead of just prescribing weight loss as a catchall for any issues. You won't be disappointed if you give Austin a try!
