Dr. Ayo changed my life completely. I came to her riddled with anxiety, and overwhelmed with my current situation. She is so wise, and knew just what I needed to work on to overcome my difficulties. I feel like a new person after a year of seeing her. Someone who is optimistic and actually confident! I'm moving overseas for a bit now and I don't think I would have been able to do that without her. Can't recommend this wonderfully wise woman enough!!!
