Grateful for my therapist Azadeh Ghafari, whose expertise and unwavering support guided me through one of the most challenging periods of my life. In the wake of my mother's passing, I found myself engulfed in grief and battling with persistent depression. It was in Azadeh's individual and group led therapy sessions that I discovered a path to healing.I’ve seen other therapists, but Azadehs approach proved to be transformative in my journey towards healing. One of the most impactful aspects of her therapeutic style is her use of mindfulness exercises and trauma-informed somatic practices.
