I saw Barb for therapy for about a year and a half after being hospitalized for depression after my twins. I can't tell you how helpful it was to work with Barb as a new mom to twins with little support. It was the hardest thing I had to go through but therapy was very beneficial at learning new coping strategies and just not feeling alone. Barb was encouraging and compassionate and I always felt listened to. She also has a great sense of humor and I was able to laugh at myself which was very therapeutic. I have moved out of state but if I needed therapy and was able to see Barb, I would again and would recommend her to friends or family who needed a good therapist.
