Was very pleasant to talk with. I recently moved to the area and had to give past medical information. She was patient with my litany and asked questions for clarifications along the way. i found the entire visit to be very enjoyable. As a side note, me phlebotomy experience was amazing! I usually have multiple pokes and end up wearing long sleeves for days. Not here! Cudos to the phlebotomist and I apologize for not remembering your name, but I will never forget the great blood draw (and I'm a retired Medical Technologist who has done phlebotomies for years, so I know.)
