Barbara is a compassionate, kind, and intelligent therapist who listens, understands, and provides helpful feedback. She’s easy to talk with and I don’t feel judged or uncomfortable, and even though doing therapy is emotionally difficult sometimes, I usually feel better and hopefu afterwards. lI’ve been working with her for over a year now, and I’m grateful to be able to see her, because I’ve gained valuable insights and made progress with some challenging things in my life. I’d recommend her to anyone with mental health and relationship issues who appreciates a direct approach.
