My very first thought of Barbara was “woah, she is very ‘tell it like it is’” But I absolutely loved that about her. It was never in a mean or judgmental or disrespectful way. She was always kind, practical, funny, and always put things into prospective. We started out with in person visits and I always felt comfortable at her office. We then switched to virtual visits because of my schedule & our sessions were still great. She was always punctual. From “look in the mirror moments” to parenting tips & tricks, and ways to cope with my anxiety, she really helped me through it all. She is very wise and knowledgeable. I have recommended her to friends & family and will continue to do so. Thank you, Barbara for all your help!
