I grew up being 'anti-chiropractic', as all the RNs and MDs in my family believed it to be 'quackery'! Last year, I experienced so much pain in my lumbar spine that I was missing work, which I never do. My PCP referred me to Dr. Hand, and being able to get in to see him sooner than I could get into physical therapy or to see a pain management physician, I went...and I'm now a believer in Chiropractic, or at least in Dr. Hand. I've since recommended him to friends and co-workers.
