When I entered therapy I was an absolute mess. I had just gone through my first long term relationship that ended in an unpleasant way. Along my three month journey in therapy I learned a lot about myself and the intricacies of a relationship. Beena is a great listener and throughout the process she came to each session prepared often reflecting on our last session to keep things into perspective. I learned all sorts of coping mechanisms and mindfulness approaches to keep my mind centered in times of stress. Overall, Beena really cares about her clients and she proved instrumental in helping me overcome a bad breakup. I can now say three months later that I am in a much, much better place.
