Dr. Ben was awesome for therapy. I was not exactly excited about having to go through this process, but he eased my worries. He explained things about each exercise and even gave me an instruction sheet. He alternated the exercises each week to keep my interests up. I made great progress in the first few weeks, but when I wasn't quite where I needed to be, we discussed the option of a brace. This ended up being a wonderful option. Super friendly and knowledgeable!!
