Ben started seeing me while I was in long term inpatient treatment at Rimrock to treat my co-occurring mental health issues along side the addiction treatment I was getting. The ten months while at rimrock he met with me weekly and help me work thru my depression and past trauma so I could finally move on from the feelings that keep me in active addiction. Upon discharge I kept my weekly appointments for 2 1/2 years after care and he continue to help me maintain my mental health while trying to navigate life living in Recovery. Hes an amazing therapist who taught me many tools and coping skills that have completely changed my life . Highly recommend to anyone who looking for a professional to help you start the process of changing your life.
