Beth did an amazing job. She figured out my normal athletic routine and worked with me on exercises to specifically help me rehab and recover. She also provided some great advice with regard to my running shoes. I only saw her 3 times, but it was enough to really get me quickly on the path to back to normal. My mom is having knee replacement surgery in 3 weeks and we are specifically asking for Beth to be her therapist.
