Bethany has completely changed my entire perspective on life itself. As a professional, I was in denial and thought I could handle things on my own, but hit rock bottom and learned that was not the case. She listens to me and has helped me through my darkest times and thoughts. Bethany explains things in a way that is helpful, motivating, and teachable. I never feel awkward talking with her and I look forward to attending my sessions. If you’re having any type of struggle or dark thoughts, please consider calling her because she has been an amazing blessing to me. I wouldn’t be in the positive in mental state that I’m in now if it weren’t for Bethany. I consider her more than a therapist; I consider her my life coach.
