Bill is very knowledgeable and takes time to explain things. He's also a good listener. I don't go to the doc much but when I do I know I'll get answers or sent in the right direction starting with Bill. Admittedly, it can be difficult to get in touch with his nurse which would be my only complaint...not his issue, but reflective of the overall service.
