Brandon not only listened, he listen thoughtfully, meaning that my concerns and questions were not answered off the cuff or generically. Rather, after paying attention to what I told or asked him, Brandon went back to the CT Scan and MRI to explore answers based on my experience and what the scans showed. Excellent experience!
