I have had pain in my neck and lower back for years. Dr Daniels breaks it down in simple terms. His knowledge of his profession is unmatched in the St. Louis area. A couple of years ago I mentioned to him that my lower back on the right side was just bothering me and in constant paid. So I went to my primary doctor and he had taken x-rays and after examining them found nothing structural. Dr Daniels asked to see my x-rays so I brought in a disc from my primary. He immediately pointed out a small curvature seen in the x-ray on my lower back. He asked one question - how much water do you drink...the answer was very limited. I was dehydrated. I began drinking water as he suggested and the pain went away and never has come back. And yes I now drink half my weight in water every day.
