First, if you are not willing to work on yourself and be honesty, the sessions will not work for you. I’ve had a very positive experience with him. He explains my situation very well, with reading material added. We talk through things, and he gives great examples of others with the same issues which makes me feel like I am not alone. If you’re not willing to do the work, then others can’t help you either. It is what you make it and what you want it to be. I am also very happy he is more realistic in working through issues, instead of handing out pills like other doctors. Thank you Dr. Foster!
