Dr. Lindberg has taken the time to break down some really big walls that I have built up to protect myself. He has been able to build a trusting relationship so that I feel comfortable speaking to him. I am able to come to him about things that are very uncomfortable. He skillfully guides me along in a way that is kind and non threatening. Counseling relationships in the past have not been this effective.
